After searching and wandering around the towns of Comporta and Carvalhal, we finally found a place to create our Gelato Laboratory. It’s in Possanco Village, about 1km from the Comporta Village. From there we will flow milk and honey, pistachio and chocolate, to create our daily gelato flavours to be enjoyed by those living or visiting this area.
The best artisan gelato is always locally-produced, and the promised land must have artisan gelato.
Having already ordered the machines and done plenty of planning, we expect to be producing our gelato very soon…
